Used for about a month, 3 tournaments and a handful of practices. Bat was broken in properly prior to live pitching. Son was using a 30/10 CF Zen that started to crack after a year and a half. Demarini agreed to replace eventually, but not before the end of the season. Poor kid was heartbroken that he would have his Zen. So I got a new one. Moved up to this 31/21 and once he got used to that extra length and weight hit some bombs with this bat. The Demarini has the best pop out there. He will be moving up in age and will not be able to use a drop 10 anymore.

The CF Zen has been discontinued. The early models from 2017 - 2021 were called CF Zens. After that, DeMarini changed the name to CF. The first models of the CF Zen were very high-performance. But they also tended to break, so DeMarini made them stronger, made them stiffer, made them more durable. And when they did that, the bats didn't hit as well. The early models were better performers than the later models.
