The adult S/M CPV-R is larger than the Cascade youth helmet but is lighter than and adjusts smaller than the Cascade XRS pro. This is a good in-between helmet for kids who are outgrowing the youth size. Also fits adults. Manufacture date stamp 6/22, but this was purchased new in December 2023 and has less than 2 years of use in 10U lacrosse (not very hard hits)
