2017 Demarini CF Zen 32/27 Drop 5. Bomb dropper!!! Hot bat Exellent condition . This is the bat everyone talks about and it performed perfectly. No cracks or rattles or webbing. My son used it for last season which wasn’t much due to Covid restrictions. He’s moving on to BBCOR bats next year.

But they also tended to break, so DeMarini made them stronger, made them stiffer, made them more durable. And when they did that, the bats didn't hit as well. The early models were better performers than the later models.
