The black comfort liner features increased surface coverage for improved durability and feel, while the blue TPU Cushioning System is designed for better impact absorption in key areas. D30™ D3O is a patented, lightweight material with a unique molecular structure allowing it to remain soft and flexible in its natural state. Upon impact, however, the molecules in D3O lock together to absorb and disperse impact energy, before returning to its soft, natural state. Polycarbonate Shell The Stallion 575 shell is made of a Polycarbonate (PCA) material, which is stronger than the ABS material used in the Stallion 500 helmet. Adjustable EVA Jaw Pads The Adjustable EVA jaw pad incorporates TPU cushioning for impact absorption. The jaw pad is offered in multiple sizes for a customizable fit. TPU Side Pads Additional TPU side pads have been added for an improved fit and higher level of comfort.
