These sticks feature a slightly customized P71 (Pro Malkin) curve with max blade height for extra surface area. The Warrior Alpha LX Pro hockey stick is designed for powerful, accurate shots, featuring the Sabre Taper II design for a low kick point and stable shaft. This enables effective slap shots and quick wrist shots. It's made with a lightweight, durable construction using high-grade carbon composites, and the FuelCore Ultra blade provides a good balance of durability and puck control.

The Alpha LX Pro uses the saber taper, a fixture of Warrior's low kickpoint sticks. Saber taper is a longer, more aggressive taper from the hosel down to the blade versus your traditional stick, which starts to taper pretty low. The Warrior taper starts a bit higher to give more movement into that low kickpoint stick. Also, Warrior has used minimus carbon construction for a very long time and their sticks are super light and strong.
