The Bauer Twitch is a one-piece composite hockey stick weighing 345 grams in senior. Boron fiber, a stiff aerospace material, is layered into the shaft. It adds strength without adding weight. A low kick point loads the shot close to the bottom hand. The blade core uses light foam with carbon bridges for a firm feel.

Light, Not too stiff, griptac perfect. I loved using this stick, it was more durable than I thought which was a plus. The buying portion was so easy. I have continued to use sideline swap when purchasing.
