i have two they were originally bot 70 flexes but i cut them down to about a 74 flex and then on down to a 76 flex about the shorter one from standing on to blade tip to the top is about "61" and the other on is like a "62" but I am 5'7 1/2 and my skates bring me to like 5'9 and the shorter one is right at my chin and the other one is at my nose about between my nose and eyes on skates but if they are to short you can always pick up and extension to make it to your spec.
