BLACKHAWKS/COYOTES Niklas Hjalmarsson CCM/Reebok Ribcore unused skates size 8 DA MINT IN BOX

This is a pair of skates that were made for Chicago Blackhawks star defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson when he played for the team from 2007-17 and was part of three Stanley Cup championships (2010, 2013 and 2015) Hjalmarsson played his final three NHL seasons with the Arizona Coyotes and brought these skates with him. "Hammer" used CCM/Reebok Ribcore skates in size 8 DA for most of his career. These are MINT and in their custom box with Hjalmarsson's first name misspelled as NIKLASS. That error also is on the manufacturer's sticker on the underside of each skate and the manufacturer's tag on each boot. His #4 is embroidered on each tongue and on each heel. The skate laces are on each boot and the custom insoles are still sealed in a CCM packet. These skates in the custom box were recently found in the Coyotes' storage area at Gila River Arena in Glendale. The team has been forced to move to Arizona State University's new arena in Tempe until they can build their own. Nice rare item for some Hjalmarsson/Blackhawks fan or vintage skate collector.
