Great skate, comfortable
Great skate, comfortable. They hold up for my son on ice 3-5x a day with academy, training, and team practice/games. While not the latest product, my son wanted me to seek these out.
Light and Responsive
My 12yo has been using these for 8 months and likes them. His skating has improved and he says they feel good
Recent Elite Used Hyperlite 2 Skates Perform!
My son used these used Bauer Vapor Hyperlite 2 skates for try outs and killed it! His skating was immediately better with these recent top of the line used skates due to the skates themselves and the appropriate fit. They were in great shape and we feel blessed to get them at a reasonable price.
Favorite skates I’ve owned in recent years
Very little to no break in time need for these. Extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend for advance skaters who skate 3-4 times a week.

Progression of the Hyperlite 2
The popular Hyperlite model debuted in 2021 and Bauer continues to build on the design and high-preforming construction of the Vaper. The Hyperlite 2 includes updated features like the PowerFly holder and Aerolite 2.0 Tongue, improved eyelets, and better materials (carbon composite) in the outsole.

| As the name suggests, they're incredibly light! The one-piece boot and PowerFly holder really make a difference. They feel very agile and responsive on the ice. |

| There's no getting around it, these skates are expensive. They're definitely an investment. |
| A huge issue for me is lacing up because there are NO metal eyelets for the laces. So to tighten, l have to pull on the laces sideways (if l pull straight up there's a good chance the laces will rip through the carbon fiber) making it difficult to get a good grip. |

There is not as much difference between the HyperLite and the HyperLite 2 as there was between the Hyperlite and the 2x Pro, but the 2 is really just a lighter skate. More comfort features have been added also, and there is a new locking mechanism. The HyperLite 2 still offers the quick release, but it's a different upgraded style, which makes it easier to switch the steel in and out. The holder itself is different and extremely lightweight.
