34" Bauer Ultrasonic Regular Goalie Full Set (Used)

This set still has lots of life left. It is a custom set that I got used so I will do my best with the description. PADS The pads are very (very) stiff. The strapping is a bit of a Frankenstein job but it also includes knee flaps, heel straps and it has a professor strap built in. They also have a bungee/lace combo on the tie. The pads have a few cosmetic scuffs but still slide like new and the rebounds pop. GLOVE The glove is a CCM Axis with a 580 break. It has a little wear in the crease but I’ve hardly used it because I just could never get used to the 580 break. BLOCKER Like the pads, the blocker has some wear sports but still plays very well and has lots of pop. No holes in the palm. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thanks!

Basically, Bauer took a bookend and put it inside a goalie pad, across the face and the inside of the knee, which is known as the Supreme Stabilislide. It was revolutionary for goalies to drop down in the butterfly and get a good seal and great rebounds. This knee block design leads to consistent sliding throughout the life of the gear.
