On Tour Issue type clubs, I do not take returns unless the club is damaged in shipment or if it breaks within 30 days of purchase, under normal golf conditions, and during the course of play. Ultimatley, the club gets returned with more visible wear and after a few returns, the club looks like a "used" club. This is the reason why we can't offer returns.
