When Tony Gwynn retired, he released 190 of his exact game glove. He signed them, and let them up for auction. I bought one years later brand new with tags and certificate of authenticity. I played division one baseball as an outfielder and was too obsessed with this glove to leave it with tags, so I broke it open and played catch with it a few dozen times. Never used it in a game. So of course I don’t have any of the authenticity tags but you can Google this fairly easy. Currently one being sold on Ebay for 1800 dollars!
