This Rawlings Pro Preferred PROSAR44BB is a 12.75-inch first base glove designed for right-handed throwers. The Pro Preferred line is known for its premium steer-hide leather, which offers a well-balanced combination of durability and a softer break-in period compared to other high-end gloves. This model’s size and design provide a slightly extended pocket and solid webbing, helping first basemen scoop throws efficiently and transfer the ball quickly. The black leather gives it a traditional, professional look. It is a used glove. This glove is suitable for adult players who field first base regularly and want a durable, reliable glove that performs well in game situations. The 12.75-inch size is standard for first base, providing enough surface area to catch and hold throws from infielders and outfielders alike, while maintaining maneuverability. Ideal for players who can handle a glove that offers a break-in period but rewards with a custom feel over time.

Perfect glove for:

College and professional fielders who want a glove they shape slowly into a personal fit.

The Rawlings Pro Preferred is a kip leather baseball glove lined with Pittards sheepskin. That sheepskin lining wicks moisture and keeps the hand cooler through long innings. A wool blend padding sits behind the pocket and helps the pocket form. Rawlings hand-crafts each glove and stamps it with an individual number. Break-in is slow, so this suits players shaping a glove across a season.
