This is a 2021 Rawlings Pro Preferred first base glove, designed for right-hand throwers. The Pro Preferred line is known for its premium steerhide leather, which tends to break in softer over time while maintaining durability and shape. The 12.75" size with an H-Web is tailored to first basemen, offering a larger catching area and easier ball transfer when scooping throws in the dirt. As a used glove, it has been broken in and should provide immediate comfort and performance. This glove is suitable for high school and college players who need a sturdy and responsive first base mitt. The 12.75" length strikes a balance between coverage and control, helping players make quick plays at the bag without compromising reach. The H-Web design provides good visibility and durability, fitting the needs of competitive players at these levels.

Perfect glove for:

College and professional fielders who want a glove they shape slowly into a personal fit.

The Rawlings Pro Preferred is a kip leather baseball glove lined with Pittards sheepskin. That sheepskin lining wicks moisture and keeps the hand cooler through long innings. A wool blend padding sits behind the pocket and helps the pocket form. Rawlings hand-crafts each glove and stamps it with an individual number. Break-in is slow, so this suits players shaping a glove across a season.
