The glove is in perfect game ready condition right now. You will not need to spend any time breaking in the glove before you can go right to the field and enjoy the game. There is an adjustable leather strap on the back and adjustable leather tie strings at the thumb and pinky to allow a more custom fit. The mitt features a deep pocket.
