The "Combo" designation refers to the pairing of two distinct hides. The shell back from select South Dakota American Bison (Buffalo). Bison fibers have a more open, porous structure than traditional steerhide, which yields a highly pliable, soft feel and shaves off overall weight. The Palm & Pocket with Nokona's signature Walnut Steerhide. This provides the necessary density and abrasion resistance to handle high-velocity impacts, ensuring the pocket doesn't collapse prematurely or over-stretch.
