Control

The Louisville Slugger Genesis Softball Bat offers a balance between swing weight and control. The key to its performance lies in the massive End Cap. This design optimizes barrel compression on contact, creating a larger sweet spot for consistent power across the hitting zone. Additionally, the LS Removable Pyramid Grip Taper provides grip and exceptional comfort, reducing vibration and sting on off-center hits.

“

Across the Genesis line, you'll find some variation in pop depending on the model. The balanced model prioritizes control, while the end-loaded models prioritize power with features like the LS 2X Composite Barrel or Dual-Disc S1ID composite barrel creating a larger sweet spot. Whether you're a young player prioritizing control or a power hitter looking to crush the ball, the Genesis has a bat for you.
