I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size- which I didn't realize until I heat-molded them. (They're too big for me). I never skied in them and they are easily heat-molded to another foot (just put them in the oven or take them to your boot fitter). I have these boots in my correct size and they're great! Responsive and comfortable. I'm a ski instructor and I'm happy all day in these- and they perform beautifully when I get to take fun runs! Rated one of the best boots of the year across ski review sites and publications!
