We provide a photo straight down the shaft of the curve and a photo of the face of the blade for this reason. -Some pro stock sticks are skinned as different sticks. For Bauer we always include the code for the stick in the photos. Please double check this code. For CCM, True, Warrior and Sherwood we do our best to make a note if the stick is skinned. Please use the photos provided in the listing to make your own judgement. -If a stick is received with minor scuffing, we will not reimburse you. These are hockey sticks that are out on display in our physical retail location that customers can pick up and feel. Though 99% of the time the sticks will be flawless, a small scuff or paint chip is not a valid reason for a return or refund. These are also pro stock sticks directly for their professional organization. Some of these sticks may have been in the team’s travel bag, and though brand new and never used, may have minor scuffing from being in the team stick bag. -No returns will be accepted. We advertise our products exactly as they are. It is your responsibility to ask questions before purchasing, to read the description and to review the photos provided. -All sticks are measured laid flat against wall from the floor to the top of shaft. -Sticks are shipped out within 24 hours unless it is a weekend or holiday, then they will be shipped the next business day. -Sticks usually arrive between 2-7 days depending on where you live.
