Bauer has made efforts to address durability concerns from the original Hyperlite. The DURAFLEX Resin System seems to have improved the stick's longevity without adding significant weight. I love the puck feel with this stick. The shaft's texture provides a good grip without being overly tacky, and the blade offers consistent feedback, allowing for puck awareness without looking down.
