FT6 Pro P29 75 Flex “LUCH” Restored vs refurbished, what’s the difference? Refurbished is a cheap and out-dated process, essentially all you’re doing with a refurbished stick is taking a stick that was broken in half and Frankensteining it back together. A solid block of carbon is used which makes the stick heavier, changes the flex and the kick point of the stick. The stick is still usable but is completely different. Restored is a more expensive process where we use aerospace grade carbon fibre to restore the qualities of the stick back to new. We use a hallow wrap of the carbon fibre and cure it, this allows for the weight to be unchanged, the flex to be the same and the kick point. Restoring a stick is the superior method to keep the original engineered qualities of the stick.
