Alas I can't get used to the low lie. I really wanted to like and love this stick and targeted it out, as Datsyuk is one of my favorite players...and if he can play with this stick not me! See the description on the manufacturer website. Super unique rare type of stick and blade. Big paddle blade great for catching pucks and defense. Low curve stick and excellent for backhands. Again just really cant get used to the lie and I skate too upright. *** I bought the extended model but added a small wood extension at the top, to primarily balance out the stick. Actually datsyuk would apparently do the same thing***
