The Nexus Sync is taking Nexus performance to the next level. Coming in at 365 grams, the Sync comes in 25 grams lighter than the Nexus Geo, Vapor FlyLite and Supreme Ultrasonic. This stick gives the player ultimate versatility and the ability to do anything from anywhere on the ice. ER Spine is designed to make shooting effortless. The 5-sided shape provides a unique feel which contours to the player’s hands to maximize feel and control. ACL 2.0 shaft technology to help reduce the weight to 365g. TeXtreme in the blade to maximizes energy flow with every play. New Connectech technology; a responsive rubber layer throughout the entire stick. There are a variety of factors to consider when purchasing a new stick. When thinking about your on-ice performance, it is important to place a focus on kick point. Finding the right kick point will help take your shot to the next level and have a positive impact on your game. If you’re unsure which kick point is best for you, visit your local Pure Hockey for an accurate assessment. The Nexus Sync stick is replacing the Nexus Geo as Bauer’s elite top price point stick. The reduced weight in this stick is a huge upgrade that Bauer was able to accomplish by using their all-new ACL 2.0 technology. This technology uses thinner, more premium carbon fiber layers on the interior of the stick. These layers are more strategically stacked making the stick lighter without sacrificing any durability. Passed down from the Geo stick is the ER Spine technology. This is a revolutionary 5-sided shape that creates a spine along the back of the shaft to remove excess carbon fiber layers in the key loading zone. This makes it easier to load energy into the stick creating a faster, more controlled release in all situations. Throughout the stick you’ll find the all-new Connect Tech Technology and Asymmetrical TeXtreme technology. Connect Tech is a layer between the blade that will be extended and will flow through the entire shaft of the stick. The ultra-lightweight carbon fiber layers help reduce weight and enhance puck feel. Additionally, the Monocomp one-piece technology provides consistency and excellent durability because the process helps reduce defects in the shaft wall construction. In the blade Bauer uses the Omni-Core blade technology that was also found in the Geo. Omni-Core is a carbon fiber bridge fused into a lightweight foam with added response layer technology. The added Connect Tech will dampen any vibrations, which will enhance puck feel. Lastly, Bauer has made these sticks longer. For the senior 77 and 87 flex sticks, Bauer added two inches in length, so they went from 60 to 62 inches. The 70-flex senior stick will remain at that 60-inch mark.

The Bauer Nexus Sync hockey stick is the latest top-tier model in the Nexus line, succeeding the Nexus Geo. It features a significant weight reduction thanks to the new ACL 2.0 technology, which uses thinner layers of premium carbon fiber for durability. The stick also incorporates a Bauer exclusive one-piece design that allows for consistent energy flow throughout the stick.

From the spine going down the shaft to the rounded toe of the blade, the Nexus is the most sound stick I've ever used. The recoil of the flex that creates that snap on the puck is profoundly strong and exactly what you should be using if you’re looking for an overall performance increase. It's lightweight and allows an easy transition in every situation.
