The 2018 True A5.2 SBP Grip Stick was built for the player looking for elite performance without breaking the bank. The A5.2 SBP features a full carbon twill construction with their industry-leading Axenic true-one piece construction, providing top-notch responsiveness, feel, durability and consistency. This year, True did a great job of improving swing weight and balance point, resulting in the 435-gram A5.2 feeling like it weighs 420 grams but doesn't sacrifice strength and longevity. The big upgrade from the previous A5.2 can be found in the blade. The braided tube that gives the blade its rigidity extends further into the heel than year's past. This technology called BRT+ (Braided Rib Technology Plus) allowed True to significantly improve durability throughout the entire blade, but since they can use thinner walls, it reduces weight for a better balance point. Just like the first generation of SBP sticks, this A5.2 features a powerful mid-kick point.
