Refurb CCM Tacks AS4 P28M “R” Shaft Refurbished Pro Stock Hockey Stick

I’ll do my best to disclose everything I know! Any questions or concerns please message me! Send offers! This is professionally repaired/refurbished. Bought from Hockey Stick Man. The repair is on the lower shaft. I took pictures of every side of the repair. Has the “R” shaft geometry same as a retail JetSpeed. Flex on shaft says 90, but I was told 95 when I bought it. Maybe the repair added some stiffness? There is also some faded silver Sharpie on the heel of the blade, which can be easily covered up. Also, has some writing on the top of the shaft. I did try a TackiMac blade pad on it. I can remove it if requested.
