The Bauer Twitch is a mid-flex hockey stick designed for intermediate players seeking a balance between power and control. With a 50 flex rating, it offers enough stiffness to generate strong shots while maintaining responsiveness for quick stickhandling and passing. This right-handed stick provides reliable performance for skaters transitioning from beginner to more competitive levels. Being used, the stick has seen some ice time but remains suitable for players ready to step up their game. This Bauer Twitch with 50 flex suits players who weigh roughly 120-160 pounds and prefer a stick that supports both shooting velocity and ease of puck control. Ideal for intermediates developing their overall offensive skills, it fits well for those who want a versatile stick without the extreme stiffness geared toward high-level power or the softness aimed at beginners.

Perfect stick for:

Forwards who shoot from tight space and want a light stick with a quick, low-kick release.

The Bauer Twitch is a one-piece composite hockey stick weighing 345 grams in senior. Boron fiber, a stiff aerospace material, is layered into the shaft. It adds strength without adding weight. A low kick point loads the shot close to the bottom hand. The blade core uses light foam with carbon bridges for a firm feel.
