In the shaft Bauer uses UD Carbon Fiber, which is a carbon weave that will make this stick lightweight without sacrificing durability. Also contributing to the reduced weight of the stick is the Carbon Fiber and Dual Cell technology found in the blade. This is a mix of two different foams: a softer foam on the bottom and a lighter foam on the top to enhance overall stick performance.
