LIMITED EDITION. Bauer Nexus Upgraded 7000 Skates (HAVOK Upgraded Model) Senior Size 8.5 EE

Excellent Condition, Basically New. These 8.5 EE Bauer Nexus Havok skates have never been skated in and were baked & sharpened once which is why I am listing them as new. When I spoke to the fit-specialist at Bauer, he said that you can bake the skates (to customize the fit) up to 3 times without changing the stiffness of the skate. These Havok skates feature an upgraded liner from the N9000 that offers a Hydra Max 2 mesh with graphics and wear patches on the inside of the top eyelet. Lightweight memory foam ankle pads are sandwiched between the liner and quarter package for an extremely comfortable fit feel even out of the box. As well, the Havok offers the N9000 tongue, with a 3-piece construction of 48 oz. black felt. This helps better fit the contours of your foot for additional comfort. As well, a molded metatarsal guard protects your foot from any lace bite or binding. Moving down the skate, an upgraded lightweight composite outsole provides stability and reduces torsion of the skate when striding. The Bauer Lightspeed Edge holder sits 3mm taller than the previous Lightspeed 2 holder to tighten the turning radius of the skate. Upgraded Tuuk Lightspeed 2 steel accompanies the holder and provides a longer lasting edge and move consistent sharpening each time. When I went to the Bauer 3D Skate Lab, it recommended the Nexus line of skates for my foot in an 8.5 EE- however, even after baking them, there is too much room in my heel. I recently went to Hockey Monkey and trIed the Bauer 3D Skate Lab again, and this time they recommended the Vapor line. I got to try on a pair of the vapors and they felt great. This is the only reason why I am selling these awesome, limited edition skates. I am also including a second pair of brand new white laces in the package with the black laces already on the skates.
