These 2021 CCM skates are based on the popular RibCor 78K skate and include the following 'Platinum' upgrades - - 7mm Black Felt Tongue - Brass (80K) Top Eyelets - SpeedBlade XS1 Black +2mm Runners Other Upgrades - Runners are profiled to a 9' single radius and sharpened to a 5/8" hollow Notes - Actual skates pictured Not baked. Not punched. Used at a few stick & puck sessions while working through plantar fasciitis pain. RibCor skates are very comfortable and well-known for being the go-to skate for alleviating foot discomfort. They are more likely to accommodate an aftermarket insole than JetSpeeds or Tacks, which simply have less moldable foam inside the boot. Cosmetically in very good condition. Minor scuffs on toe cap. One eyelet has some paint rubbed off. Non-waxed AR laces cut to proper length (for a no-wrap tie), but showing some wear Foam pads installed on the upper portion of the toe caps to remove negative space (you can peel them off if necessary) The left holder has a small crack next to one of the copper rivets (zoom in on the back copper rivet in the last skate picture). I will include a brand new CCM SpeedBlade XS replacement holder (not a take-off) in case this crack bothers you. I didn’t notice it until I detailed these skates for sale. It will cost $10 to $15 to have a pro shop replace the holder, not a big deal. I would do it if I lived near a pro shop.
