Arizona Coyotes Niklas Hjalmarsson game-worn CCM/Reebok Pump skates (size 8 DA) 2020-21 season

This is a pair of game-worn skates from Arizona Coyotes defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson from the 2020-21 season, his final year in the NHL. The skates are CCM/Reebok Pump skate in size 8 DA which is normal foot width. "Hammer" wore this style of skate for many years. They have his #4 embroidered on the tongues and back of the boots. Hjalmarsson removed the plastic shot blockers on the skates so he could use them on another pair. He also removed the insoles from both boots. These skates are in VG condition with light use and some wear on the sides of the boots. The manufacturer's sticker is on each undersole (CCM spelled his first name as NIKLASS) The team equipment staff applied the #4 Coyotes head decals on the undersoles, but one has worn off. This pair is one of the last skates Hjalmarsson wore in his final season. It was announced in July 2021 that Hjalmarsson was retiring after 14 seasons _ 10 with the Chicago Blackhawks (during which he was on three Stanley Cup winning teams) and four with Arizona. The skates were obtained directly from the Coyotes after the 2020-21 season ended.
