Engineered with a one-piece boot for speed and agility, this skate ensures optimal performance on the ice. The FT880 has a one-piece quarter package boot and is crafted out of composite fiberglass material. This is designed for the skater with quick strides looking for better agility. Players will get more direct energy transfer and a closer fit for more speed. The 7mm black felt tongue has a dual layer construction that includes lace bite protection for optimal comfort. Inside the boot is a TotalDri Pro liner and the Ortholite footbed. The liner helps resist abrasions with superior odor protection, while the footbed adds comfort for the bottom of the foot and is built to release moisture to keep your skates and feet dry. Rounding out this skate is the XS Speedblade holder and the XS1 Pro Stainless runner. This holder has a spring-lock system that tightly secures the blade to the holder and makes swapping out blades more efficient. The XS1 Pro runner is taller (+4mm) which gives you a better attack angle while the stainless steel provides a long-lasting edge.
