My son barely used these because we had been in a car accident which forced him to take some time out from hockey, then he outgrew them. These are great skates, very comfortable and have only been heat molded once (in the store when we bought them). Blades are in great shape and tons of life left in them. Super feet sole inserts included (also used). The blade channel is also modified to incorporate hyperbolic geometry, improving the integration of the steel and holder, lowering the stress on the trigger during impacts. With the new hyperbolic geometry comes the new FLY-X steel, the direct replacement to the Pulse Steel and the titanium coded FLY-TI, the direct replacement to the PULSE-TI.
