Bauer Mach 34+1 Goalie Full Set Pro Stock

This is a Bauer Mach Pro Stock Goalie Set in Senior Medium (34+1), featuring a navy and orange colorway. The set originally belonged to Sam Caulfield and was used at a high level before undergoing a full refurbishment. Since being refurbished, it has not been used at all. The refurbishment process included new pocket and binding lacing on the glove, as well as a complete cleaning, washing, and sanitization, leaving the gear odor-free and game-ready. Just the refurb work on the glove and blocker alone typically costs around $300, which speaks to the quality and attention this set has received. The result is a feel and performance level that is rarely found in used gear. While the set has seen a fair amount of action in the past, the wear is purely cosmetic, including surface wear on the face and boot of the pads and on the blocker board. These areas of wear do not affect performance and can be easily repaired with pad skin. The gear features standard Bauer Mach specs, with a 600 break glove and game-ready palm. The Bauer Mach goalie full set builds on the success of the Ultrasonic line by reducing weight and introducing new features for competitive goalies. The Mach took what was on the Ultrasonic ( an integrated knee, a very flat face, predictable rebounds, and a simplified strapping system) and then also added an internal calf bracket to give a lot more support underneath the leg. Basically, the internal Stabilislide knee block was added into the calf providing the same support. So the Mach is known for having a great seal and awesome rebounds. It also has an excellent slide and a very square butterfly. The only potential downside to the Mach is because of the extra internal calf bracket, the pads are too square and supportive and the feedback I’ve heard is, "My body hurts; I can't use these."
