Pads do not have boot strap, as I don’t use them. Boot straps can be installed with no tools if you want some and buy some.
Glove in great shape just cosmetic rust on the eyelets as you can see. Blocker has holes in fingers, could use a repalm if you plan on using.
Great set with life left…especially the pads and glove.
