35" Full Custom Pro Stock Bauer Mach/Ultrasonic/2xPro Goalie Full Set

Used pro return, fully custom 35” pro stock Bauer set made for Kirill Ustimenko of the Philly Flyers organization for the 2021/22 AHL season (see pictures for Kay’s initials & the embroidery showing season & set #2). The leg pads are skinned as Mach, but appear to be a mix of Vapor 2xPro (leg channel/thigh/knee) & Ultrasonic (boot) specs. Pads are in good shape. Used for summer ice sessions (previous owner) & 1/2 a men’s league season (me). No cracking, or blistering, just puck marks, an approx. 1.5” skate cut on the top of the boot on the right pad (see picture), & typical Bauer discolouration. Bindings in good shape. Comes with removable boot straps.I’ll through in the red pro laces, but keeping the Tune Fit + straps (stock straps will be included). Glove is skinned Mach, but primarily an Ultrasonic build with pro palm & reinforced double T. Typical puck marks & cuff post colour transfer. One small (approx. 1/2”) cut in face of cuff sealed (see pictures). Still in good shape with lots of protection. Never had a stinger yet. The blocker appears to be Mach. Palm in good shape with no hole, no blistering.

The Bauer Mach goalie full set builds on the success of the Ultrasonic line by reducing weight and introducing new features for competitive goalies. With a one-piece thermoformed shin and boot construction, it maintains durability and a modern look. This set also features a new Tune-Fit+ strapping system around the cal area designed to keep the pad attached to the leg. This will allow any player to have the perfect customized set to their liking.

The Mach took what was on the Ultrasonic ( an integrated knee, a very flat face, predictable rebounds, and a simplified strapping system) and then also added an internal calf bracket to give a lot more support underneath the leg. Basically, the internal Stabilislide knee block was added into the calf providing the same support. So the Mach is known for having a great seal and awesome rebounds. It also has an excellent slide and a very square butterfly. The only potential downside to the Mach is because of the extra internal calf bracket, the pads are too square and supportive and the feedback I’ve heard is, "My body hurts; I can't use these."
