Canadian Made OHL Pro Return CCM Premier 2 Goalie Pads, Glove, & Blocker Set - 35+2 Colours are white, navy, and sport gold with red logos. This gear was made in Canada for a goalie when he played in the OHL. Its in good shape and has lots of life left. Pads: 35+2 approximately. Single break. Fairly stiff overall, but they do have flex at the knee (more than most other premiers). Very nice pre-curve as well. Stock “loose fit” leg channel. Quick motion strapping with one leather strap at the knee and the boot. Good shape overall. Some wear on the toes and bindings, as well as big beginning on the sliding surface. None of this should affect how they play. No major cuts or damage to speak of. Glove: 590 break. Pro palm. Double T pocket. Cuff is intact as far as I can tell. Internals are a bit crusty but that would be fixed with a wash. Closure is alright; not great, but not bad. Blocker: stock premier 2 blocker with full cuff and bindingless sidewall. Face is in good shape with no cuts, just a couple tiny wear spots. Side of the board had skate cut that was patched and glued from the inside so it’s barely noticeable. Internal plastic has a bubble in the centre but doesn’t affect play. Palm has a couple holes, but not enough to really warrant a replacement. Could also use a wash.

The CCM Premier II Pro is on the stiffer side and sits higher on the body. It's made for a goalie who wants to rely on their positioning. It is a flat face pad, so rebounds are predictable and push away nicely. It's known for having a very specific inside edge of the pad. So when you drop down into the butterfly, it has less contact area to the ice. Many people like it because it slides better if it's not touching the ice as much.
