Manufacturer Description Following the mindset of the Vapor X900 pant, the X900 chest protector is designed for ultimate mobility. There are specific features that aid into the mobility of this unit, and it begins with the Fast Strap harness system around the waist. This system is designed with a connection system where the goalie can quickly adjust the tension around their sides with a simple pull. The shoulder floaters were redesigned to be incredibly light with nylon and HD foams and a streamlined shape to provide ample protection without sacrificing the mobility while looking side to side. The weight of the X900 is dramatically lighter than its previous units, but it does not compromise on protection. High impact HD foams are added into the biceps and forearms to create even more stability and protection. Coupled with Free Flex shoulder floaters, the entire body has proper segments to increase goalie specific movements while still giving the goalie the maximum blocking surface allowed. The X900 body and back plate are lined with a Thermo Max liner which is designed to help reduce sweat buildup.
