Vaughn V7 Pro Carbon XF Chesty - Pro stock from Pro Skate Goal (Calgary); full NHL protection package plus additional custom beef-up on biceps and forearm with custom jenpro overtop the air kit mesh to mitigate wear (done by former Calgary Flames equipment manager) - size L body and arms - bought new and used for 1 full season then used as a regular backup since; excellent condition; no real wear or deficiencies; hd foams sill sturdy and hard; well maintained; all straps and buckles in perfect working condition - extremely mobile unit; classic Vaughn Velocity design with Carbon and Kevlar throughout; again - additional x2 beef-ups on the arms to satisfy the usual “but Vaughn arms are weak” reputation (if you know, you know); haven taken 100’s of NHL level shots in this unit with no issue - added skate lace & carabiner tie downs (belly sides and “fight strap” are removable if you like, though very handy for those like me who prefer a super-attached-tucked-in chesty -professionally cleaned by No Sweat Esporta (Calgary) - one of the best all-time chesty’s out there! Vaughn hasn’t really changed much of this design all the way through to the current v10, with exception of shoulder sizing for current NHL specs; sad to part with this bad boy but I simply have too many chesty’s in the rotation now
