This is a game-worn chest and arm protector of Arizona Coyotes star goalie Karel Vejmelka from the 2022-23 NHL season in which he had an 18-24 record and three shutouts in 50 games. It is made by Brian's, a Canadian company known for its quality hand-crafted gear, and is in the Coyotes throwback colors of green, black and red with VEJMELKA embroidered on the lower left arm. The chest and arm protector is a size XL and shows moderate overall use as "Veggie" also wore one with a red trim. This OPTIK2 model has a dime-size unrepaired tear near the right elbow that likely kept Vejmelka from wearing it anymore in his second NHL season.
