The VE8 XFP chest protector is designed with full back pad adjustment over the shoulder area that allows the unit to move up and down the chest to give a snug feel around the goalies’ collarbone. This dual Velcro adjustment over the shoulders that is typically only featured on the senior sized models is found on the senior, intermediate, and junior models of the VE8 XFP chest protector. The chest and shoulder protection on the Vaughn Velocity VE8 chest and arm protector consists of an HD molded shoulder cap, adjustable shoulder floaters, mesh arms with HD foam arm floaters and a tapered forearm protector with wrist straps. The rest of the Ve8 XFP chest and arm protector uses a HD foam and plastic inserts on the belly pad, bicep pads, side rib protection.
