Great chest protector, never had stingers and great mobility! Highly customizable, even the chest plate can be adjusted up and down.
Website says one thing for size, I’m 5’11” 185 lbs and went medium instead of large due to ability to adjust protector. If unsure, I’d defer to the size guide.
