Used 7x in amazing shape. The 9500 Chest Protector is very mobile unit with more mobility than most (if not all) pro chest protectors. The goalie has the benefit of the wide and square look with the flexibility of a smaller/hybrid unit. The arms have added bicep and forearm protection but again have mobility that is second to none. Also, the profile of the 9500 Chest Protector is very flush on the goalie’s shoulders and chest. By this we mean that the 9500 is not puffy and bulging out on the goalie’s body. This also allows the goalie to move their head and not have the chin drop on their mask get stuck/restricted by the shoulder floaters. Also, when a goalie looks down, there is no interference with the chest protector bulging out and obstructing their view. The rib area has a full wrap around padded design for excellent side coverage. This chest protector is also cut right at the belt line. This is ideal for a goalie that likes to tuck their chest protector into their pants.
