This bat was bought for my son in 2024 as a back-up bat for Little League SE Regional Tournament in GA. We did remove the plastic wrap so that it could be inspected by the officials prior to the games, but never used. We also replaced the original grip with a new Lizard Skin ice cream grip. The USA Icon -8 is a great bat with a ton pop out of the wrapper!
