Bat did not hit heavy sand balls nor pitching machine balls. The end cap and knob are in fantastic shape. Bat does have a little pine tar above the grip. Purchaser can leave it or remove at their discretion. After market is brand new and was installed at time of posting. I take many pics from all angles so you can zoom in and examine the bat closely.
