This bat is HOT. I recommend it be used for GAME use only, and not in the cage or at practice. Get an alloy or a wood bat for that. Best in warm weather climates. My son put down his Zen and banged in games with this all season. I won’t guarantee home runs, because I don’t know your kid. But, if he can play, he’ll hit the crap out of the ball.
