29 games, 2-3 at-bats per game (they got mercied a lot and only played 4 innings often). It was not used on cold game days. It also went through the break-in process before game use (150 swings progressing from tee to soft toss while rotating the bat). Lastly, it was never used to hit off a pitching machine. Some soft toss and tee work maybe, but that’s about it. The bat’s in excellent condition because he used his other bats for almost everything but game days. I would just put a new grip on it.

We've not seen any of the new ones breaking. And to top it all off, it has the coolest paint job. The players love the flames. Certain leauges are starting to ban this bat, check that before you buy.
