2024 Marucci CATX Alloy USSSA Certified Bat (-8) 22 oz 30" (Used)

Fall ball bat only, super clean condition, only 4 months old, bought for cold weather games and barely used due to warm fall weather in the Chicago area. I am the original owner of this bat. Purchased September, 2025 for my son who moved up from bronco to 13u pony travel which required a drop 8 bat. We played 9 games in the fall, practiced twice a week and he had a hitting lesson once weekly. This was his backup bat as he used his Hype Fire most of the time, thus there is probably 50ish well hit balls from games, practice BP and lessons BP. He has grown into a 31 drop 8 so this bat is now for sale. It is in fantastic condition, no dents, cracks, rattles, grip is original and the barrel is in near perfect condition, the bat looks new. If he had not grown into needing a larger bat, I'd keep this for cold weather, Spring games, but it's now too small for him. Fantastic bat, priced for a quick sale.

CATX came out in 2023. The first gen is a white ribbon silver bat. For the second run, Marucci came out with a version called the CATX Vanta. It's a blacked-out, limited-edition. Both gens are an alloy one-piece bat, both very strong performers. They took the alloy and strength from the CAT9 and applied the balance and feel from the CAT8 to develop the CATX.
