2025 Rawlings Icon Composite USSSA Certified Bat (-5) 25 oz 30" (Used)

This bat is in near new condition, maybe 100 swings on it. My 12 yo son is moving up to 13U Pony this Fall and it was unclear which bats were required, -8 or -5. I bought this -5 ICON April, 2025 before I confirmed he can use -8 in his league thinking, at worst, he could grow into this bat. First set of swings, "too heavy!" I had him try it a few more times in BP with no luck. Bat has sat idle since in my office and was never used in a game. By the time he can swing this weight, he'll be up to a 31" length so it makes no sense to hold on to it for the future. Thus, this sale. I am the original owner of the bat, know its history of use and it is in excellent used condition, no cracks, spider webbing or rattles. There are a few minor hit marks from limited BP and the end cap has a scuff mark on it. Handle knob is clean, very minor wear on the grip. For those who are considering this bat, please know this is a heavier, end loaded, -5 bat in comparison to other -5's. If your son has the strength to swing it, the ball will jump off this bat, but I caution anyone with a son like mine who plays travel but is a smaller boy that hasn't matured yet. This bat will eat them up. Definitely need a bigger, stronger boy to use this bat. Priced for a quick sale.

The ICON is very hot and much more reliable than the hype fire. The bat needs a little break in but once that’s done you don’t have to worry about cracking or fractures. My son loves his, and we are totally sold on the ICON.
