Brand new Marucci Ascension first base mitt. I’m still in the process if breaking this in. Purchased for my 8 year old, it’s just a little too big for him. This glove would work great for kids 10+ in age. It’s a great glove, only used for break in. Get this for your lefty first baseman!

Perfect glove for:

Young, developing players, particularly pre-teens or young teenagers.

Longevity

The Marucci Ascension baseball glove is designed for young athletes, focusing on comfort and ease of use. Made from durable full-grain steer hide leather, it breaks in comfortably for a personalized fit. The M Type fit system features cushioned thumb and pinky sleeves, providing a secure feel. With a deeper pocket and well-placed padding, this glove helps young players confidently catch grounders and fly balls.

“

The Marucci Ascension baseball glove is a great option for players looking for a top-notch glove at a mid-range price. Marucci crafts the Ascension with cowhide leather, so it offers durability and a comfortable feel as it breaks in. It features the M Type fit system with its integrated thumb and pinky sleeves to maximize comfort and control. While it might not be the most recognizable name in gloves, Marucci gloves are a good investment.
