If this glove was made for an adult, I'd keep it for myself (dad) because I like me a soft glove. But my boy wants something a little firmer. So, I'm going to buy him two cheaper gloves (A1000 & a Rawlings middle-shelf) just so he can experiment with what level of firmness he wants. Pros: This glove is made for a child. The sleeve is very small. My hand does not fit inside it, so it makes it a great glove for a little guy (9-11). But it's soft and flexible. The opposite of an A2000. But some little guy is gonna love this glove. Also, Nokona makes a beautiful glove. And it's very comfortable. Cons (this is a preference thing): With use the Nokonas get soft. So, you have to want a glove that's softer and lighter than an A2000 or even an A1000. Again, this is the perfect glove for a 9-11-year-old. Glove won't wall off their hand.
